Return & Refund Policy

We want customers to feel confident before ordering. The Editorial Boutique remains responsible for return coordination, refund handling, and customer communication for orders placed on this storefront.

The Editorial Boutique is the merchant of record for purchases placed on this storefront and is responsible for customer support, returns, refunds, and order issue resolution.

Returns

30-day returns on unworn items from the delivery date. Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide the next steps and the correct return address for that order.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs for standard change-of-mind returns. Because standard outbound shipping is complimentary, no standard outbound shipping fee is deducted from eligible refunds.

If the return is caused by our error, such as an incorrect or defective item, we will cover the return shipping cost and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Refund Timing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund outcome. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Most card issuers complete the credit within 5-10 business days.
